Shipping & Delivery

UK orders: Orders for delivery within the UK and Republic of Ireland are dispatched via UPS, and a free delivery service is provided. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the customer by email when dispatched. International orders: Orders for delivery outside the UK will be dispatched via UPS, Fedex or DHL courier service, and will cost £30.00. A tracking number will be sent to the customer by email when dispatched. Delivery time is between 5-14 business days depending on destination. All custom duty and tax must be paid by the receiver if required upon delivery.

Privacy & Security

iTechPlaza are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and sale, and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.


We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site wwww.itechplaza.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise, and the resources that you access.


We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage pattern
  • Store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests
  • Speed up your searches
  • Recognise you when you return to our site

You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our site. The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at our UK location. Staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone


We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
  • To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.
  • To notify you about changes to our service.


You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by NOT subscribing to e-mail newsletters. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.


Returns & Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused merchandise for up to 28 days from the day following receipt for a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for items that are returned back within 28 days if the product is opened or damaged.


To return your unused products for a refund please follow these steps:

  • Pack the merchandise in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) along with a copy of the receipt.
  • All returns should be sent via a trackable carrier such as UPS. They should be insured and require a proof of delivery. iTechPlaza is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
  • You must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us for return or exchange. If it was due to our fault (e.g. wrong product supplied),  please contact us BEFORE returning the product.

We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 5 business days from the date of delivery. We will only refund to the same payment card used in which the original order was made.


Goods may be exchanged up to 28 days from the day following receipt of damaged items. CONTACT US to advise us of the exchange item(s) required. If there is a refund due to you, this will be returned to the original payment card. If there is an additional payment required then payment details will be taken when you contact iTechPlaza. Pack the goods to be returned as above. The replacement order will be placed when the returned goods have been received by us, and will be replaced with the same item, or with an item of the same price of the product purchased before.


How to Order

Ordering on wwww.itechplaza.com is designed to be a quick and easy process. Just follow these simple steps.

Finding the Product

By using the menus on the top side of the page, you can browse iTechPlaza by type of product and brand. To access detailed information about a product, click on the image of the item you are interested in and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Using the Shopping Bag

To place a product in your shopping bag, from the product page, select the desired item you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Basket". Select the "Back to Results" button to continue browsing, or the "Checkout" button to complete your order.

While in your shopping bag, you can delete an item by clicking the "Remove" button.

By clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you may view your shopping bag at any time. This allows you to add or delete items whenever you like.

Checking Out

When you’re ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you’ve placed in your shopping bag. To checkout, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Shipping and Billing

Provide your shipping information and select your method of payment. We accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro, and also Bank transfer payments.. Enter the card number without spaces or dashes. Please remember that we will only ship to the registered UK address of the account holder, so the shipping address must be the same as it appears on your payment statement.

Completing Your Order

Be sure to review all of the information that you have provided, and make any necessary changes. Click the "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" button. Once your order has been received, we will send you an email to confirm your order information. We will also send you an email when your order is shipped.


Payment may be made by Credit/Debit card, or by Bank transfer. The following card types are currently accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Visa debit.


Your payment account will be charged when your order is received. Shipment should occur within 1-5 working days of cleared payment
