Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days after iTechPlaza receive the item. This time period also includes the time it takes the bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For those that ordered without registering, please contact [email protected] and we will complete the refund there after.

Note: Customers going against iTechPlaza policy pertaining to using Mail/Freight forwarding companies to ship abroad, will make iTechPlaza non-liable to what occurs thereafter to the item, once shipped by the customers mail forwarder from the UK to a country abroad. If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, the following terms will apply: ‎iTechPlaza will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that iTechPlaza isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder.

If you wish to return Products to iTechPlaza, please telephone or email iTechPlaza. We will then send you address labels for use when returning the products to iTechPlaza (Only if the item is a defected item within 28 days). Alternatiely, if you do not like the product after receiving it within 28 days period, then it is upto the customer to organise for the item to be sent back to iTechPlaza within 28 days of the order being placed. You must return the products by a means protected by insurance covering the value of the products and by a method that requires a signature from us to acknowledge our receipt of the returned products. Alternatively, iTechPlaza will arrange for collection at your cost (Only if there is a defect in the item, within 28 days of the item being ordered). Failure to do this within 28 days, means that iTechPlaza will reject any returns after the 28 days allocated for returns. Customers that do not like their product will be charged a restocking fee of 15% to cover the costs of the item now being opened, used, and thus required to be resold as a used item. This applied within the 28 days period. For issues that concern software or hardware related issues, the technical team will determine if the item is defective by remotely accessing the item or going through troubleshooting instructions. If the item is not defective, and the customer still insists on sending the item back within 28 days of receiving the item, then a 15% restocking fee will be issued to cover the costs of the item now being opened, used, and thus required to be resold as a used item. Manufacturer warranties take precedence after the 28 day period of ordering the item and can be serviced within the manufacturer warranty period, and cannot be returned to iTechPlaza. 

When you return a product to us:

  • because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 7-28 day cooling-off period (see above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including any delivery charges paid by you to us for delivery of the product to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • for any other reason permitted on our RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS section(for instance, because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product (remotely or physically) and will notify you of any refund to which you are entitled via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by the customer within 28 days because of a defect, will be refunded in full, including the reasonable cost incurred by the customer in returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Wholesale Orders

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us as an wholesale order through our site or via our head office in London, UK and MENA regional office in Rabat, Morocco is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied and will remain so at the time of delivery (Excludes singular orders). For wholesale orders provided in the freezones of Dubai Airport Freezone and Miami Freezones, stock will be inspected by the client, if ok, once payment has been provided by the client, stock will be released and all liability will lay on the client thereafter, no refunds will be provided therafter.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound (lbs).
